Do not use Tirzepatide if you have been diagnosed with:

Diabetic ketoacidosis

Type 1 diabetes

Diabetic retinopathy

Kidney disease
-
Multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)

Thyroid cancer

Pancreatitis
Some side effects may occur but typically improve as your body adapts. Gastrointestinal symptoms may increase temporarily when your dose is raised but often lessen over time. Zepbound® Safety Information
Zepbound® (tirzepatide) is a prescription injectable for adults with obesity or excess weight and weight-related health concerns. It should be used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
Important Usage Information

Do not combine Zepbound® with other tirzepatide products or GLP-1 receptor agonists.

Safety with other weight-loss medications, including prescription, OTC, or herbal products, is unknown.

Safety in individuals with a history of pancreatitis or under 18 years old is unknown.
Warnings

May increase the risk of thyroid tumors, including thyroid cancer. Contact your doctor if you notice a lump in your neck, hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, or shortness of breath.

Do not use Zepbound® if:

You or a family member have medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC)
-
You have MEN 2
-
You are allergic to tirzepatide or any ingredient

Serious Side Effects

Severe stomach issues, kidney complications, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis

Severe allergic reactions (swelling, trouble breathing, rashes, dizziness, fast heartbeat)
-
Low blood sugar (especially if used with insulin or sulfonylureas)
-
Vision changes in diabetic patients
-
Depression or suicidal thoughts
Common Side Effects

Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, indigestion
